TÓM TẮT
Nghiên cứu 60 bệnh nhân (BN) viêm quanh khớp vai (VQKV) thể đông đặc cho thấy: bệnh thường gặp ở người > 60 tuổi, hầu hết BN có thời gian mắc bệnh 1 – 3 tháng chiếm 41,7%, Đa số tới khám bị tình trạng đau ở mức độ vừa (46,7%). Kết quả điều trị ở nhóm can thiệp phần lớn bệnh nhân ở mức đau nhẹ 60%, có thang điểm Constan Murley ở mức tốt chiểm tỷ lệ cao 56,7%, nhóm chứng mức độ đau nhẹ 16,7%, thang điểm Constan Murley ở mức tốt chiểm 26,7%. Yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến kết quả là tuổi và thời gian mắc bệnh.

EVALUATION OF EFFICACY OF PHYSICAL THERAPY COMBINED WITH MOBILIZATION TECHNIQUE ON FROZEN SHOULDER
SUMMARY
The study was carried out on 60 patients with frozen shoulder. The common age was over 60 years old, almost patient had a long duration of disease 41.7% of patients had disease about from 1 – 3 months. The majority of respondents reported moderate pain (46.7%). Treatment outcomes in the intervention group were the majority of patients at 60% pain, with Constan Murley scoring at a good 56.7%. In control group the pain intensity was 16.7%, Constan Murley's score was good at 26.7%. Factors affecting the outcome of treatment are age and duration of illness
